As a Lead Test Consultant
, you’ll bring your hands-on expertise to define and manage test strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll lead functional, performance, and automation teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

• Test Management: Plan, manage, and execute all test activities, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing

• Risk-Based Planning: Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritization and mitigation.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles.

• Strong test management skills with accountability for planning and execution.
• Experience in risk-based test planning and managing escalations.
• Expertise in non-functional testing methodologies and processes.
• Confident in stakeholder and vendor management

• A strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• A track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements.
• Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance.
