The D365 Senior Finance Consultant is part of the Consulting Team, reporting to the Head of Consulting. The role is a client facing position, delivering industry leading Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

The Senior Finance Consultant will have a strong finance and Dynamics background to deliver the successful implementation and maintenance of our clients D365 solutions. You will need a demonstrable history of consultancy experience as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients and project teams.

Your experience and knowledge of D365 solutions and associated business processes combined with an appreciation of associated technologies are imperative to support your role s is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing Dynamics solutions from pre‑sales work through the project life cycle to go‑live and on‑going support. Your involvement with clients will include off‑site and on‑site work and you will be encouraged to develop your Dynamics knowledge and achieve relevant certifications.

• 5+ years of finance business experience – previous experience of D365
• Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and quickly understand how our products will add value to our services
• Proven consulting experience
• Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure
• Understanding and assimilating information from various sources – being able to recognise and deal with conflict or sensitive situations
• A clear ability to organise your own time and resources, and execute daily
• Commercial awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients – self‑motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a team based consulting environment
• Demonstrated experience implementing the finance functionality within D365 (including project accounting and inventory valuation)
• Experience designing and coordinating multi‑site or multi‑national implementations – Microsoft D365 accreditation
• Maintaining industry specific knowledge to help our clients follow best practice processes
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Solid finance background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified; qualified is desirable but not essential)

• To facilitate the successful installation and maintenance of our clients’ software systems, including off‑site and onsite work. You will be encouraged and expected to develop your professional technical and consulting skills.
• You will be trained on the Ingentive BUILT methodology and Microsoft methodologies which will be used to support the delivery of D365 solutions to our clients.
