Technology Consultant – National Security (DV Cleared) Up to £65,000 base Must hold active UKIC DV Clearance

An established consulting organisation is growing its National Security practice and is looking for DV-cleared Management Consultants to deliver high-impact transformation programmes across sensitive government environments.

You’ll work end-to-end on complex change, operating at the intersection of strategy, people, process and technology.

• Delivering consulting engagements across National Security clients
• Leading work streams across workforce, operating model and organisational change
• Advising senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted delivery partner
• Using data, insight and user-centred approaches to drive outcomes
• Supporting proposals and contributing to practice growth

• Consulting experience within National Security environments
• Background in digital/workforce transformation, change or operating model design
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing delivery experience
• Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle (design → delivery)
• Exposure to technology-enabled transformation
• Agile, Change or Programme delivery certifications
• Experience working with data to support decision-making
