We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and dedicated IT Delivery Partner to join our team. You will play a vital role in enhancing our company by serving as the strategic bridge between our Professional Services divisions and the UK & Ireland IT Team. You will embody our core behaviours of integrity, curiosity, warmth, and ambition. As a member of the senior IT leadership team, you will operate as a strategic business partner, working through influence and collaboration across multiple stakeholders rather than traditional hierarchical management.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as the primary IT representative and strategic partner to the Professional Services divisions
  • Developing and defining the IT strategy for assigned business divisions in partnership with the IT Director
  • Creating and maintaining IT roadmaps, driving prioritisation and managing demand across multiple teams and vendors through matrix reporting structures
  • Providing product stewardship for multiple digital products and solutions, including vision, strategy, and roadmap development
  • Leading and managing IT projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating across organisational boundaries
  • Working collaboratively with both internal and external Software Development Teams, reporting to and partnering with the Head of Software Development
  • Managing the tripartite relationship between business product owners, IT, and external vendors
  • Building strong relationships with divisional leadership and operational teams through partnership and influence
  • Coordinating resource allocation and managing project budgets across multiple teams
  • Acting as an escalation point for critical service issues and helping identify priorities during major incidents

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT business partnering, project management, business analysis, or similar roles
  • Proven track record in project and programme governance with matrix management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and external development teams
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with strong business partnering skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Vendor and contract management expertise
  • Financial acumen and budget control across multiple projects and products
  • Leadership through influence rather than hierarchy
  • Passion for driving operational improvements and efficiency gains

Desirable: Product management experience, experience in professional services, construction, or advisory sectors, and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.

The location of the role is flexible, it is a Hybrid Role. Burton, Stamford or London Holborn are the key locations. Regular travel to Burton and London will form part of the role.
