• Lead major AI, data and digital transformation programmes for insurers and brokers
• Shape and deliver underwriting, claims and operational modernisation initiatives
• Identify how AI and data can unlock new business value for clients
• Work across business, data, and technology teams to deliver practical solutions
• Act as the key day-to-day client point of contact, providing credible and pragmatic advice
• Manage, inspire and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Support business development and help grow the practice's footprint in the market
• Contribute to internal capability building, thought leadership and proposition development

• Deep experience in Insurance
• Background in underwriting, claims, strategy, enterprise architecture, data/AI or transformation
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale insurance transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of how AI and data drive value across the insurance lifecycle
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
• Leadership experience running complex projects and guiding diverse teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong academic background
