Reporting to the Operations Technology Manager, the Regional Technology Partner will be responsible for supporting client operations and sales teams with technological requirements and small to medium sized projects. Operating within a designated region, but supporting other regions, when necessary, you will work with various teams to ensure the technology within the client locations is scoped and implemented correctly, and work to iron out any issues with various 3rd parties and suppliers.
As part of the Customer Technology Team, you will support your colleagues as they will in turn support you with the various projects.
- Liaising and supporting client operations with technology requirements and small projects.
- Using your organisational skills, you will help create action plans and follow them through to successful completion with the team.
- Recommend company approved technology solutions to clients and the operational teams.
- Working with the Customer Technology Team to follow and implement technology strategy.
- Work closely with technology partners/suppliers.
- Work with the Customer Technology Team to support the operational colleagues with technology within the client sites.
- Work with contractors so ensure that technology solutions installed are to the required specification and standard.
- Ensure that all implementations are carried out within health and safety guidelines and client restrictions.
- Support the opening/mobilisation of new contracts with technology requirements.
- Travel to client sites as and when needed.
- Experience of working with technology within a contract catering environment
- Comfortable with working in a customer-facing environment and adopting a customer service driven approach
- Good organisational skills, with good attention to detail and a responsible manner
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and written
- Ability to explain technology to non-technology minded people in a simple and concise manner.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience of working within a team to deliver business objectives
- Strong attention to deadlines and customer success initiatives
- Excellent presentation skills
- A flexible approach to working hours and prepared to travel when needed
