Web Apps Technical Lead - .NET & Azure, London 3 days a week, circa. £90k

We're looking for an experienced Web Apps Technical Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of enterprise-grade .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys mentoring engineers, shaping cloud architecture, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in a collaborative environment.

As Technical Lead, you ll guide a team of software engineers while working closely with architects, product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, secure and scalable cloud solutions.

You ll play a key role in technical direction, solution design, Dev Ops implementation, and continuous improvement across our application landscape.

• Leading the design and development of enterprise-level .NET applications on Azure
• Architecting solutions using services such as Azure App Services, Functions, SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus & Key Vault
• Mentoring and supporting developers to drive high-quality engineering standards
• Conducting code reviews and championing best practices
• Optimising performance, scalability and reliability of cloud applications
• Setting up and managing Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Supporting Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog management

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Strong database experience (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Entity Framework)
• Experience leading Agile teams and ceremonies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-based applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
