Principal AI Solutions Architect (LLMOps, MLOps, AIOps)

📍 Mostly WFH with regular travel to London office and occasional travel across EMEA and the US

This organisation is a global leader in digital transformation with a rapidly scaling AI and Data Practice delivering enterprise grade AI programmes across multiple regions.

They are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect currently operating within a consultancy environment who understands how to design, sell and deliver complex AI solutions into enterprise clients.

This is a client facing, hands on architectural leadership role. You will combine strategic design thinking with deep technical execution across conversational AI, generative AI, automation and AI driven IT operations.

You will not be building isolated pilots. You will be architecting and ope rationalising production ready AI capabilities that directly improve customer experience, enterprise workflows and IT operations.

This role offers genuine influence across solution design, pre sales engagement and delivery leadership within a global consultancy that is investing heavily in AI.

• Support AI strategy and produce high level and detailed designs for enterprise AI and automation solutions
• Lead the architecture and delivery of conversational AI platforms including virtual agents and voice assistants across multiple channels
• Implement LLMOps and MLOps practices to manage model lifecycle, governance, quality and performance
• Design secure integrations leveraging Model Context Protocol and agent based AI architectures
• Architect and scale AIOps platforms to enhance automation, observability and IT operations
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build seamless AI driven customer and operational experiences
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance on responsible AI and modern AI engineering practices
• Engage with clients in a consultative capacity and support technical aspects of pre sales

• Currently working within a consultancy or professional services organisation delivering AI solutions
• Proven background in AI architecture with strong hands on experience across conversational AI and LLM platforms
• Strong understanding of LLMOps, MLOps, AIOps and production AI engineering practices
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, production ready architectures
• Strong programming capability in Python, Java or similar languages
• Experience working across Linux or Windows environments
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo
  
  DB or DB2
• Experience with conversational AI platforms
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI CD pipelines
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
