About the Role
C3 AI Platform Specialist/Application Engineer role with hands-on experience in the C3.ai Platform (C3 AI Suite) to support configuration, deployment, and scaling of AI-driven enterprise applications.
This role is critical in ensuring successful setup of C3 AI modules across pilot, MVP, and production environments. You will work closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to configure workflows, data models, security structures, and integrations within the C3 AI ecosystem. If you have strong experience configuring enterprise applications within the C3 AI Suite and enjoy working in fast-paced transformation programs, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and deploy applications within the C3 AI Suite
- Set up and manage workflows, data pipelines, and data models
- Support pilot implementations and scale solutions to production environments
- Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Collaborate with developers and data engineers on integrations
- Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Support user onboarding and training sessions
- Ensure adherence to Dev Ops and CI/CD best practices
- Proven hands-on experience with C3 AI Suite configuration
- Strong understanding of enterprise application setup and deployment
- Experience working with data models and system integrations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
