About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Strategist to own and evolve our organic search strategy. In this role, you will drive sustainable growth by improving search visibility, traffic quality, and conversions across our digital properties. You’ll collaborate closely with content, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is embedded into everything we build and publish.
This role is ideal for someone who blends technical SEO expertise with strong analytical thinking and a passion for content and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, GEO & AEO strategies aligned with business and growth goals
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent analysis to identify opportunities
- Own on-page SEO optimization, including content structure, internal linking, metadata, and schema
- Partner with content teams to guide SEO-driven editorial calendars and content optimization
- Lead technical SEO initiatives in collaboration with engineering (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile optimization)
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current on algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices
- Identify and test new growth opportunities (SERP features, AI search, international SEO, etc.)
- Create clear reports and communicate results and strategy to stakeholders
- 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience (agency or in‑house)
- Strong understanding of on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO fundamentals
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with content, design, and engineering teams
- Experience with SaaS, B2B, or enterprise SEO
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with content management systems (Word Press, Webflow, headless CMS, etc.)
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX principles
- Experience with international SEO or large‑scale websites
- Increased organic traffic and keyword visibility for priority topics
- Improved search rankings for high‑intent keywords
- Measurable growth in organic‑driven leads or revenue
- SEO best practices embedded into content and development workflows
- Clear, actionable insights shared regularly with stakeholders
