We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in Development & Integration, SAP, Business Applications (Oracle, Microsoft, Workday), Cloud & Infrastructure, Data, OR Cyber Security to join our London office and drive the expansion of our European Freelance Technology market. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top freelance technology professionals across a broad range of technical disciplines within both existing and new client organisations across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology recruitment, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing, results-driven environment and has experience leading or mentoring a team to success.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of freelance technology professionals across Europe.
• Develop new client relationships while delivering strategic hiring solutions.
• Source and engage top tech talent using diverse channels and market insight.
• Manage and develop the team, driving performance, growth, and divisional revenue.
• Partner with internal teams (including L&D and Talent) to ensure seamless delivery and continuous development.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in technology recruitment, within the freelance market
• Strong knowledge of the European technology market, including areas such as software engineering, cloud & infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM and emerging technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
