Senior Consultant – Data & Analytics

As a Senior Consultant – Data & Analytics, you will lead the delivery of data‑focused work streams, provide trusted advisory to senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our data consulting capability. You’ll combine hands‑on expertise with structured consulting skills, shaping and delivering engagements across data strategy, architecture, governance, and insights.

• Lead delivery of data strategy, data architecture, governance, and insight work streams.
• Assess client data maturity, platforms, and information management practices.
• Develop data strategies aligned to business goals and value cases.
• Define target data architectures, including platforms, integrations and data flows.
• Design and implement data governance models, policies, and ownership structures.
• Support initiatives across data quality, metadata, and master data management.
• Build dashboards, reporting suites, and visualisations that deliver actionable insight.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑relevant recommendations.
• Produce crisp, executive‑ready reports and presentations.
• Coach and support junior consultants in project delivery.
• Contribute to proposals in data, analytics, or related technology roles.

• Experience gained in data strategy and delivery with some consulting experience.
• Hands‑on experience delivering data strategy, platform, or governance initiatives.
• Experience designing or working with enterprise data architectures.
• Exposure to digital, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Understanding of geo‑data sovereignty and location strategy considerations.
• Experience producing dashboards/visualisations for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable ability to link data initiatives to business value and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with senior leaders (CDO, CIO, Heads of Data & Analytics).

• Degree or equivalent experience in data, computing, engineering, or similar discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex data topics.
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on, practical delivery.
