Role DescriptionSenior Business Analyst with overall IT experience from 8–10 years in a business analysts role, responsible for:
- Gathering business requirements
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Applying banking domain knowledge
- Working with Core Banking platform and domain
- Designing and improving BPMN processes
- Coordinating in multi‑supplier environments
- Defining requirements for data migration projects
- Analyzing tables, schemas and data attributes to decide what to migrate and how
- Developing data mapping based on migration requirements
- Conducting impact assessment for data migration activities
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience in a business analyst role
- Experience in data migration and mapping
- Strong knowledge of banking domain and core banking platforms
- Proficiency in BPMN processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi‑supplier environments
- Analytical skills for data migration planning
