• Owning the technical direction across PSA, FFA and wider Certinia modules
• Driving best practice, development standards, and scalable architecture
• Working closely with clients during discovery to define their roadmap
• Overseeing integrations and modernising legacy setups
• Playing a central role in the consultancy’s move into AI‑driven solutioning and automation
