A leading IT services provider based in Kingston, Surrey is seeking a personable 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their Service Desk Team. The role offers a hybrid work model, where you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal IT users and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting Windows and M365, possess good documentation skills, and demonstrate strong customer service abilities.
The salary range is £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, along with benefits.
