Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a background in the aesthetic / medical aesthetics industry
. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of promoting aesthetic devices and services, is highly confident in managing social media channels, creating content and combines analytical performance marketing skills with strong creative and design sensibility.

French language skills are highly desirable but not essential.

• Develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Working with in house team to manage paid advertising budgets to maximise ROI and cost-per-lead performance
• Implement retargeting strategies and nurture campaigns

• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Oversee content planning across social media, website, and email marketing
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Stay current with aesthetic industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates

• Work closely with internal teams or external agencies to produce high-performing creatives
• Contribute to visual direction and campaign design

Customer Marketing – A key part of this role involves working closely with Seriderm’s clinic partners to ensure they are fully supported and set up for success with our products and programs from a Digital Marketing perspective. This includes guiding partners on digital best practices and setting them up correctly with the needed Digital Materials.

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the aesthetic / cosmetic / beauty / medical Aesthetics Devices industry
• Strong track record in lead generation and paid media campaign management
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics
