SAP S4 HANA COE Lead

You have a passion for working with clients and bringing their business ambitions to life using SAP S/4

HANA.

You leverage your sector knowledge, business domain expertise, and SAP S/4

HANA capabilities to deliver value.

You play a key role in large‑scale S/4

HANA transformation programs for global customers (team size 50+).

You proactively understand client business challenges and shape solutions to address them.

You can articulate and pitch strong value propositions aligned with client needs.

You have hands‑on experience across pre‑sales cycles and end‑to‑end bid response processes.

You contribute to deal shaping and support the development of winning proposals.

You collaborate with the CoE team responsible for pre‑sales and go‑to‑market activities across all regions (Americas, Europe, APAC).

You are experienced in delivering compelling client presentations.

You can lead proof‑of‑concept (POC) developments that demonstrate business value.

You have experience leading RFP responses and managing the full pre‑sales lifecycle.

You have worked on delivery projects as a Solution Architect or in project governance roles.

You have experience of serving as an Engagement Manager or Engagement Director.

You have strong mastery in the SAP Finance domain with at least 5 years of S/4

HANA Finance experience.

Expertise in Treasury (FSCM), SAP FPSL, and SAP PaPM are an added advantage.
