About the roleJoin Accenture's Service Now Business Group to design and deliver enterprise Service Now solutions, leading cross‑functional teams and driving innovation for clients worldwide.
Responsibilities- Architect and deliver Service Now solutions that address business challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and governance as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and manage teams of Service Now developers, ensuring quality through code and architectural reviews.
- Identify opportunities to extend value for clients and collaborate with Service Now account teams.
- Maintain awareness of new industry trends and Service Now capabilities, including AI and GenAI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Service Now development teams in a technical architecture role.
- Certifications:
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and at least 5+ Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Deep knowledge of Service Now development, scripting (JavaScript, SQL) and integration (API, Web Services).
- Experience across multiple Service Now product lines (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
- Experience operating as a Technical Design Authority and demonstrating trusted advisory skills.
- Scripting and integration expertise; ability to integrate Service Now with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Cloud migration experience (preferred) and GenAI experience (preferred).
- ITIL v4 or equivalent certification (preferred).
- SC clearance desirable or ability to obtain required clearance.
