The RoleWe are looking for an SEO Manager, a genuine SEO all-rounder who will take responsibility for devising, implementing and overseeing SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in international SEO and a commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, measure performance, and clearly demonstrate SEO’s impact on business growth. This is a data-driven role where analysis and ongoing optimisation are central to daily operations.
You must be proactive, have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the Head of SEO to shape and deliver a high-impact SEO roadmap.
Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this 4-day work week is a trial, to be reviewed in 2026.

Key Responsibilities- Accountable for driving and implementing the SEO performance across multiple brands within Live Score Group.
- Perform technical audits and identify technical improvements across the brands.
- Work with the product team to ensure releases follow SEO best practices.
- Track and evaluate performance against multiple KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis.
- Engage external agencies or freelancers when required, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and performance reporting.
- Provide regular updates for colleagues and senior management, summarising SEO performance and projecting near-future campaign performance.
- Derive actionable insights from reports (analysing key commercial pages, goal conversions in analytics, etc.).
- Own the content production process and ensure all content is semantically optimised and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Provide clear guidelines, strategic advice, and content templates to drive consistent, high-quality output.
- Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
- Refine and optimise link-building strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of SEO on strategy development, task execution, and key SEO projects.
- Regularly review workflows and ensure they are documented and followed.
- Perform ad-hoc SEO tasks as required.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in SEO with a genuine passion and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and experience with LLM prompts.
- Good working knowledge of HTML; knowledge of JavaScript will be considered an asset.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and the evolving search landscape shaped by AI-powered responses.
- Solid understanding of other online and offline channels (display, affiliates, social, print, TV, email) and their effects on SEO.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver against business strategy.
- Proactive with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
