Data Idols is partnering with a private equity‑backed data analytics and insights business seeking a Senior Word Press Developer. The company is in a key technical transition phase and needs immediate hands‑on engineering support to accelerate delivery.

The position is a practical, delivery‑focused contract role. You will own development across an established PHP/Word Press platform, addressing backlog items, optimising performance, and improving deployment workflows. The role demands independent work, translating product requirements into production‑ready solutions with minimal oversight.

Take ownership of development across the existing web portal environment. Stabilise and enhance the Word Press platform, resolve backlog items, optimise performance, and improve deployment processes.

• Expert‑level PHP
• Strong Word Press development and troubleshooting experience
• Advanced SQL capability
• Experience managing relational databases
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Clear communicator, able to explain technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders
