Digital Producer

This growing creative and technology agency is looking for a Digital Producer to help deliver complex, multi-market digital programmes while also supporting internal growth initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a midweight Producer (or Project Manager / digital Account Manager) who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to projects, and wants exposure to how a scaling agency operates behind the scenes.

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across websites, platforms and digital initiatives
• Manage timelines, actions, risks and dependencies
• Support multi-market and localisation rollouts
• Run or attend stand‑ups, status calls and delivery meetings
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting
• Track approvals, changes and key milestones
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, partners and internal teams
• Support QA across content, UX and implementation
• Review layouts, links and updates with strong attention to detail
• Help maintain delivery standards and best practice
• Flag risks, issues or delivery friction early
• Support teams working across different disciplines and time zones
• Support email campaigns and landing page activity
• Help organise events, round tables and partnership initiatives

• 3–5 years’ experience in an agency, consultancy or digital environment
• Experience producing B2B websites or CMS‑driven platforms
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, self‑starting mindset
• Curious about digital, technology and new tools (including AI)
