Solutions Manager

We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an Solutions Manager for a 12 contract opportunity within a high-performing international finance team.

Are you passionate about digital media, advertising strategy, and building strong agency partnerships? We are looking for an experienced Solutions Manager to join a high-performing team working with leading global agency partners and some of the most advanced advertisers in the market.

• Act as a product and platform expert across a portfolio of digital advertising solutions
• Partner with agencies to develop data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Educate partners on best practices, performance optimisation, and product capabilities
• Analyse performance data and insights to guide strategy and improve campaign results
• Build and manage strong relationships across social, technology, and marketing science teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Lead measurement strategies, tracking frameworks, and performance reporting
• Manage complex projects and support operational and technical campaign needs

• Experience remembering working with digital media platforms, ad-tech, or performance marketing environments
• Strong analytical mindset with Excel/Data analysis experience
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual and in person)
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
