• 1. Responsible for overseas client development, communication, and relationship maintenance for assigned business;
• 2. Responsible for providing product and solution support to overseas clients, including but not limited to requirements analysis, solution design, demonstrations, product presentations, etc.;
• 3. Responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients and resolving issues encountered during use;
• 4. Participate in project implementation and be responsible for the implementation and debugging of system integration solutions;
• 5. Assist the after-sales team in resolving issues encountered by clients during use.

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field;
• 2. Experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support, with access to overseas automotive customer resources and familiarity with system integration solution design and implementation;
• 3. Fluent in English and able to conduct technical exchanges with overseas clients;
• 4. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;
• 5. Detail-oriented and meticulous, able to work under pressure.
