• Designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Python-based AI applications.
• Building LLM-driven and agentic AI features used daily by thousands of internal users.
• Working hands‑on with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Lex and Cloud Watch.
• Evaluating LLMs, optimising prompts, and driving AI capability across the organisation.
• Leading and mentoring two early-career engineers (BA4 level).
• Collaborating with product, architecture and platform teams on solution design.

• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Exposure to AWS or Azure with willingness to upskill.
• Experience evaluating LLM performance and prompt optimisation.

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers.
• 6‑12 months+ direct experience with LLMs or agentic AI.
