Senior SEO Manager

My client are a London-based Digital Agency looking for a Technical SEO Lead to shape their technical SEO offering, solve complex client challenges, and drive innovation across data, analytics, and automation.

London (hybrid)

• Lead and own technical SEO audits, implementation roadmaps, and prioritised technical backlogs
• Resolve advanced SEO issues (indexation, JS rendering, crawl budget, canonicalisation, migrations)
• Build and maintain best-in-class Looker Studio reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Configure and audit GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console setups to ensure data accuracy
• Work closely with developers on architecture, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, redirects, schema, and CMS optimisation
• Drive automation, scripting, and AI use cases to improve SEO operations
• Mentor and upskill the SEO team, acting as the technical escalation point
• Evaluate and evolve the agency’s technical SEO tool stack and workflows

• Deep expertise in technical SEO, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and large-scale site SEO
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Looker Studio, Big Query, APIs, or scripting (Python/JS)
• Commercial awareness and ability to scope profitable technical SEO projects
• Passion for AI/GEO search trends and experimentation
