Data Analyst

London(regional offices across the UK, Hybrid x2 days per week in office)

I’m working with a leading charity as they look to appoint a Data Analyst to play a key role in supporting the implementation of their data strategy. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the organisation’s data operations, helping to understand how legacy CRM systems are used, ensuring data quality and integrity, and preparing the organisation for a safe transition while embedding long‑term data standards.

As the Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to analyse, cleanse, and report on data from multiple sources. You’ll produce dashboards, highlight risks and anomalies, support migration and system transition projects, and ensure that data is transparent, reliable, and usable for decision‑making.

Skills required for the Data Analyst are:

• Experience analysing and reporting on data from complex systems (CRM experience preferred)
• Strong SQL skills and ability to extract, transform, and interrogate data
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling and metrics
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and compliance (GDPR / UK data protection)
• Experience contributing to data transition, migration, or system decommissioning projects
• Charity sector experience would be advantageous
