My client, a highly prestigious hedge fund, is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT Operations team.
As a key member of the BAU Ops team, you’ll provide first-line/second-line support across a broad range of technologies and systems, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the firm’s IT environment. This will include support for desktop applications, Microsoft technologies (including Azure and Office 365), setups in meeting rooms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.), as well as network support for connectivity and performance issues.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in IT support, with at least 2+ years experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, and strong exposure to desktop support, Microsoft technologies, and core network fundamentals. You should be highly proficient in troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, confident supporting AV technology in a corporate setting, and comfortable with user account management in Azure and Office 365.
You will be involved in user onboarding and offboarding, hardware support (desktops, laptops, mobiles and printers), and will have the opportunity to participate in wider IT projects such as upgrades, deployments and the rollout of new technologies.
