An IT recruitment agency seeks a 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst to join a busy internal IT Support Team in Central London. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows 11 and MacOS environments, and managing requests via the call management system. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills are essential for success. This is a 6-month contract requiring onsite work 5 days a week with a day rate of £210 - £230.
