Delivery and Operations Shield is looking for a highly capable and delivery-driven
** Senior Program Manager
** to lead complex, multi-stream enterprise implementations for global financial institutions.

This is not a project coordination role – it is a senior delivery leadership position. A Shield Program Manager owns full program governance across customer, Shield, and external partners. They guide customers from pre-contract activities (including POCs) through go-live and transition to production, ensuring structured execution across multiple parallel work streams.

** Required Experience
*** 4–7 years of experience managing enterprise-level programs in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environments.
* Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementation programs end-to-end.
* Experience managing programs that include external partners or system integrators.
* Experience working with large enterprise organizations, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries.
* Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
* Experience managing technical SaaS deployments across multiple teams and time zones.
** Preferred
* ** Experience in compliance, surveillance, fintech, or regulated SaaS environments.
* Experience working in global enterprise delivery models.
* Familiarity with Jira and structured program governance frameworks.
