Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll take early-stage ideas from the Head of Product and CEO and transform them into clear, actionable product work. You’ll be working on multiple products, and conduct internal and external research to support the product development and strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to join client-facing meetings, and work with both technical and strategy teams to clarify goals.

You’ll collaborate with design and engineering teams to define product features, manage delivery timelines, and ensure we build products that meet both user needs and technical feasibility.

As a key member of the team, you’ll help us scale by bringing clarity to complex product discussions, driving prioritisation, and ensuring features are shipped to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Definition: Work closely with the Head of Product and CEO to translate early-stage product concepts into clear, detailed product specifications (PRDs, wireframes, tasks).
  • Collaborative Design: Partner with our design team to create intuitive, user-friendly journeys that align with business goals and user expectations. Bring out your creative brain, brainstorm, look for inspiration and iterate on innovative designs - we want to keep things functional, but fun! (bonus points if you bring out your pen and paper and can create some mock-ups)
  • Technical

    Collaboration:

Work with engineering teams to scope technical effort, assess feasibility, and prioritise tasks based on value, complexity, and resources. You’ll need to have some technical understanding and be able to efficiently communicate technically our product goals to our (fantastic) engineers.
  • Timely Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring they are built, tested, and shipped on time, meeting the highest quality standards.
  • Market Engagement: Participate in user feedback sessions and commercial calls to gather insights and stay aligned with market needs and user pain points.
  • Product Clarity: Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving product discussions, helping teams stay aligned on the vision, goals, and delivery timelines. This is where your personality can shine!
  • Process Optimisation: Suggest and implement improvements to our product development processes, driving efficiency and better outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, or any similar roles, in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can effectively work with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product goals and deliverables.
  • Technical Awareness: While you don’t…
