DevOps Engineer

Ready to lead Dev Sec Ops  at enterprise scale and shape how secure software is delivered end to end? This is a senior, high impact role with real ownership and influence.

We are hiring a Dev Sec Ops  Engineer Lead to define and deliver a modern, secure CI/CD capability across multiple digital product teams. You will play a key role in a large scale digital transformation, setting standards, driving automation, and embedding security by design throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will lead Dev Sec Ops  strategy across multiple digital product teams, owning standards, tooling, and delivery practices. The environment is Azure based, with Azure Dev Ops used alongside Salesforce Copado to deliver secure, automated pipelines across the estate.

🔧 What you will be doing

• Owning the Dev Sec Ops  strategy and roadmap across cloud native platforms
• Leading and mentoring Dev Ops engineers, setting best practice for CI/CD and automation
• Designing scalable, secure Dev Sec Ops  architectures aligned to enterprise standards
• Standardising CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on Salesforce Copado
• Driving secure by design practices across code, containers, clusters, and cloud
• Managing Salesforce deployments and release processes using Copado
• Partnering closely with product, engineering, architecture, and supplier teams
• Embedding observability and DORA metrics to improve quality and reliability
• Ensuring strong governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

✅ What we are looking for

• Proven Dev Sec Ops  leadership experience in enterprise scale environments
• Strong hands on experience with CI/CD tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure
• Deep Salesforce knowledge, including Copado CI/CD and release management
• Experience with APIs and integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, and middleware
• Solid understanding of governance, change control, and compliance standards
• Confident communicator who can influence senior technical and non technical stakeholders
