Senior Manager – Technology & Data Transformation (Financial Services)

We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead major transformation programmes within financial services organisations, helping modernise core functions through data platforms, cloud technology, and AI‑enabled solutions.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders, shape strategic initiatives, and deliver tangible outcomes across risk, compliance, finance, and operations.

• Lead technology and data transformation programmes within financial services organisations.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured delivery roadmaps and actionable work streams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineers to deliver modern solutions.
• Shape and deliver initiatives involving cloud platforms, automation, and AI‑driven tooling.
• Apply product thinking, including MVP definition, road mapping, and iterative delivery approaches.
• Oversee implementation of data platforms, workflow tools, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to building internal capabilities and transformation frameworks.
• Support client growth through relationship building and contributing to proposals and new opportunities.

• 10–15 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong experience delivering change across risk, compliance, finance, or operational functions.
• Background in consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Excellent structured problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused or product‑driven environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and shape new opportunities.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience delivering data platforms, automation solutions, or digital tooling.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business environments.
• Exposure to product‑led delivery approaches or startup environments.
