ECommerce & Digital Manager

eCommerce & Digital Manager | Retail London (3 days office) £60,000+ bonus

Please note, you will only be considered if you have experience with Shopify and recent experience working in a small scaleup.

• Oversee the full customer journey to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Drive the eCommerce trading strategy ensuring it is aligned with business goals.
• Manage the daily operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and updates are in line with trading plans.
• Lead and implement end-to-end reporting across all trading metrics, covering all markets and feeding into relevant teams.
• Lead initiatives to attract and convert new customers through targeted CRM campaigns.
• Create and maintain a CRM campaign calendar that strikes the right balance between promotional, educational, and product-centric messaging.
• Manage day-to-day website operations, ensuring accurate product information, compelling promotions, and a frictionless user experience to maximise conversion rates.
• Support omnichannel initiatives, including in-store promotions, drive-to-store campaigns, and event collaborations, to create a unified customer experience.

• Several years experience in eCommerce and CRM management.
• Strong familiarity with paid advertising channels.
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive data-backed decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas confidently to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
