Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Net Suite Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their ERP platform.

This is a key role in supporting the growth and maturity of the finance function, ensuring systems, processes, and controls continue to evolve in line with business needs. You will act as the internal Net Suite specialist, helping to improve workflows, enhance reporting, strengthen data quality, and support robust financial controls across the platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, system improvement, and playing a hands‑on role in shaping how finance systems support the wider business.

• 3 + years working with financial systems and strong knowledge of finance processes (GL, AP, AR).
• Strong Net Suite experience across customisation, roles & permissions, Suite Flow, saved searches, data migration and configuration.
• Hands‑on experience working with multiple modules, ideally Fixed Assets, Projects or similar.
• Exposure to Net Suite core and advanced financials (O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, ARM etc).
• Integration experience across APIs and middleware.

• Act as the primary Net Suite specialist, owning configuration, optimisation, and ongoing development of the platform to support finance operations.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
• Manage and enhance integrations between Net Suite and core business systems to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data flow.
• Support system projects, upgrades, and testing activities, including UAT, automation initiatives, and process improvement work.
• Maintain strong governance across the platform, including role security, workflows, data quality, and system documentation.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in London)
