We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile delivery, Change Management, Budget tracking, and Risk Management within the Banking/Financial Services domain
. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and financial governance.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads in banking transformation programs.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with sprint and release goals.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services domain (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Core Banking, Regulatory projects).
• Hands‑on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience managing delivery budgets, financial tracking, and risk governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Dev Ops, and release management processes.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe SM) preferred.
