Responsibilities

• Delight our customers through the design of affordable, sustainable cloud solutions
• Ensure design are in line with evolving strategic Cloud platforms.
• Technical Design Authority for new Cloud Technologies focussing on GenAI
• Provide consultancy, best practice, and architectural support to our internal teams.
• Staying abreast of the latest Cloud technologies

• Proficient in AWS, with equivalent AWS Certification
• Experience of creating architectural patterns and technology evaluations
• Experience of building solutions in AWS
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and curiosity
• Able to articulate complex technical problems to a technical and non-technical audience
• Understanding of modern application architectures and their dependencies on the Cloud infrastructure platform

• Other Cloud provider experience
• Experience working in a regulated workplace
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Experience in presenting and sharing knowledge to a variety of audiences

• n-Tier Architectures, Event Driven Architecture, Serverless, network and Cloud security
• Configuration and Lifecycle management
• CI/CD, Dev Ops, automated testing and modern SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies
• Business Protection Standards, CIS (Centre for Information Security) Benchmarks or ISO 27001
