We’re working with a fast-growing fintech lender that is transforming how property finance is delivered in the UK. For over a decade, they’ve built a strong reputation for providing fast, flexible funding solutions to property professionals and investors, and they’re now entering an exciting scale-up phase.

With new lending products launching and significant investment into technology, the business is expanding its engineering capability and building modern, customer-focused digital platforms designed to make lending faster, simpler, and more transparent.

This is a chance to join early in a major growth journey, with plans to scale the engineering team significantly over the next 18–24 months.

You’ll be working closely with engineering leadership, product, UX, and AI specialists to build and evolve customer‑facing platforms including broker and investor portals. The focus is on product ownership, outcomes, and real business impact, not just delivery.

You’ll help shape how the frontend is built as the platform evolves and scales.
