If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving platform reliability, and working in an environment that values innovation and collaboration, this role will feel like a perfect fit.

- Supporting CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations – including deployment steps, release notes, and solution management.
- Strengthening security across environments through role‑based access, data protection, and patching.
- Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and proactively preventing issues before they impact users.

- Supporting release management, version control, and testing activities across the CRM lifecycle.
- Strong experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
- A solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management principles.
- Confidence troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
- A good grasp of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO
27001, etc.). - Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and communication abilities.
- You’ll be at the heart of shaping secure, modern CRM practices.
- You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that values new ideas and continuous improvement.
- You’ll gain exposure to modern Dev Ops tooling, cloud‑based CRM environments, and enterprise‑level security.
- You’ll have the chance to make a visible, meaningful impact on critical systems used across the organisation.
- You’ll be part of a workplace that genuinely invests in professional growth and technical development.
