Operations Engineer

We’re looking for a hands‑on Operations Engineer who thrives on complex technical challenges and takes full ownership - from detection to resolution. You’ll operate at the intersection of IT, security, and engineering:

• Technical Support (1st/2nd Line): Solve diverse IT and security challenges across multiple systems and environments.
• Security Operations: Triage and respond to incidents from our 24/7 SOC. Lead remediation and advise client teams.
• Engineering & Controls: Configure and implement advanced security controls using our in‑house platform.
• Client Engagement: Run service reviews, guide clients along security roadmaps, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Pre‑Sales & Projects: Support demos and POCs, and deliver high‑impact security and IT projects end‑to‑end.

This is a high‑ownership, high‑growth role where you’ll wear multiple hats and master them.

• 1st class degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
• Strong technical foundations: operating systems, networking, scripting, security protocols, cloud infrastructure
• Hands‑on experience (homelabs, open‑source, real‑world environments)
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Curiosity, ambition, and an unstoppable drive to improve

• Independently support and troubleshoot Threat Spike Wire
• Confidently operate as a security analyst within our SOC
• Design and implement critical security controls
• Begin managing client relationships

• Lead complex implementations and large client service reviews
• Present to senior stakeholders
• Manage major IT and security projects
• Mentor junior team members
