Overview

As a Program Manager of a multi-year program, you will be at the forefront of transformative change, managing a complex technology initiative to deliver an innovative solution. You’ll collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams, championing a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging the latest in data and emerging technologies to shape our transformation journey for our surveillance product in Compliance Technology.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year technology program, ensuring timely, on-budget execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with engineering, data, product, and business teams to execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Build and sustain robust governance framework and portfolio management standards.
- Harness data analytics and insights to prioritize and measure impact.
- Accelerate operational excellence and innovation through continuous improvement and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and senior leadership, delivering concise updates and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proactively manage risks, driving mitigation and contingency planning across all program activities.
- Demonstrated success in program management, leading large-scale technology or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira), and digital transformation.
- Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to distil complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, change management, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
