You’ll be leading delivery across a large-scale technology refresh within a business that designs and operates regulated infrastructure and automated solutions for global capital markets.

• Own delivery plans across complex, multi-party initiatives
• Manage RAID, reporting and governance forums
• Drive Agile delivery and oversee JIRA boards
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams
• Support budgeting, requirements definition and solution design
• Track KPIs and ensure regulatory-grade governance standards are met

You’ll bring order where complexity is normal.

• 10+ years delivering change in financial services or capital markets
• Strong Agile programme/project management with senior stakeholder exposure
• Working knowledge of fixed income, OTC products and the regulatory landscape

You’ll be comfortable operating in environments where compliance, governance and transparency aren’t optional.
