We are working with a high-growth, software-led defence technology company operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. The organisation develops advanced AI-enabled platforms, including drone and autonomous technologies, to support national security and defence partners.

Location: Central London – Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + benefits

Job Details:

This role sits at the intersection of commercial, legal, and technical teams and plays a key part in ensuring contracts, suppliers, and commercial processes support delivery of cutting-edge AI products.

• Supporting commercial and legal teams with both customer & supplier contracts, NDAs, and purchase orders
• Managing compliance against contractual, security, and delivery requirements
• Supporting bid and proposal preparation, including pricing and commercial documentation
• Working closely with engineering, finance, and programme teams to manage risk and delivery
• Conducting supplier due diligence, including financial, security, and compliance checks
• Maintaining accurate commercial records and reporting for senior stakeholders

You’ll likely have:

• Experience in a commercial, contracts, or commercial operations role
• Exposure to regulated industries (defence, aerospace, government, infrastructure, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex contractual documentation
• The ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, technical environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with UK defence contracting, MoD frameworks, or security-sensitive environments is highly desirable

• Salary of £60,000–£75,000, depending on experience
