In addition to payment processing, Antom delivers digital marketing solutions through A+ Rewards - an adaptable marketing mini program/SDK integrated into e-wallets and payment apps. This platform enhances interactions between brands and customers, enabling global merchants to distribute a wide range of discounts to users of various digital payment platforms, ultimately helping them acquire and retain consumers.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Hunter to spearhead Antom Europe’s direct merchant acquisition within the high-value digital-first economy. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for a targeted portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients whose core operations and revenue are generated online. Your focus will be on securing new clients within high-growth verticals such as streaming platforms, online gaming studios, digital subscription services, and premium content platforms.

You will leverage your deep sector expertise to promote our tailored payment, payout, and embedded finance solutions, directly addressing the complex monetization challenges of digital businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vertical-Focused Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and secure new merchant partnerships with digital-first mid-market and enterprise businesses where the primary revenue is derived from online content, software, or service delivery.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Employ a strategic, hunter-minded approach to build and manage a robust pipeline. Navigate complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, consistently delivering against quarterly and annual targets for new logo acquisition.
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor and sector expert on Antom’s payment stack and group services. Articulate the value of our solutions for high-performance recurring billing, in-app purchases, cross-border payouts, and embedded financial products.

    Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with cross-functional and group teams—including product, solution engineering, and specialist sales - to develop compelling proposals and ensure a superior client implementation experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain authoritative knowledge of trends within the digital-first economy, including competitor activity and relevant regulatory landscapes. Use these insights to inform strategy and position Antom as the expert partner for digital monetization.
What we are looking for:
  • Proven track record as a Hunter with direct sales experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS, specifically targeting mid-market and lower-enterprise, digital-first companies.
  • Deep understanding of the payment, operational, and growth challenges specific to digital content and service businesses (e.g., optimizing recurring billing, managing global payouts).
  • Demonstrable experience selling complex solutions to monetization leads, heads of finance, or technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to operate effectively as an independent contributor (IC), managing a strategic pipeline with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
