Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a talented and experienced Dev Sec Ops  Engineer with strong Microservices and Backend Development expertise
. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and Dev Ops principles, along with a solid understanding of secure software delivery practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Implement and promote Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops  best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring secure and automated deployments.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable code along with robust JUnit test cases.
• Work on MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data design and performance optimization.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on the AWS cloud platform.
• Participate actively in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Follow ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing systems.

• Overall, 6-10 Years of IT experience
• Strong experience with Dev‑Ops principles
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Strong experience of writing JUnit test cases
• Good experience of MySQL database
• Good experience working with AWS platform
• Good exposure to ITIL processes which includes incident, problem, change management etc.
• Good experience using AGILE methodology
• Good to have experience in Redhat Decision Manager and DMN Rules
• Good to have experience in Spark, Tableau and Hadoop
