We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a growing and dynamic print solutions provider in the Inner M25. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of MFD devices across a wide range of client environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to develop their skills within a supportive and forward‑thinking team.

Canon experience is preferred but not essential as full training and development will be provided.

• Install, repair, and maintain MFD / printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices)
• Provide on‑site support and troubleshooting at customer locations
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance to maximise device uptime
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, updates, and new product releases
• Deliver remote technical support and advice when required
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job documentation
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during installations and repairs
• Work closely with customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Support PDI and refurbishment of devices in the office when needed

• MFD / Copier / PPD exposure
• Experience repairing and maintaining printers (laser, inkjet, MFDs)
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
• Solid understanding of printer technology and repair procedures
• Experience working with a range of devices from small office to enterprise level
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
• Strong IT knowledge, including networking and printer diagnostic software
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Flexibility to travel across the Southeast and attend the office for PDI/refurb work

• Previous field service experience
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role — both inside and outside of London

• Up to £38,000 basic salary
