Description

Oversee all technical website operations, including hosting, domains, CRM integrations, and onsite performance.
Manage external digital agencies and deliver end‑to‑end website improvement projects.
Lead SEO, GEO, CRO, and website optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and conversions.
Drive UX enhancements, build/optimise pages, and ensure consistent, high‑quality digital experiences.
Use analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, SEMRush) to track performance, report insights, and inform actions.
Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance digital workflows, personalisation, and member engagement.
Support cross‑team collaboration, content deployment, and adherence to digital best practice.
Act as a digital champion-providing training, upskilling teams, and advancing REC's digital maturity.

Profile

Proven experience in website management and digital marketing within the not-for-profit or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of website analytics tools and content management systems.
Ability to create and execute effective digital strategies.
Familiarity with accessibility and data protection regulations.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
A commitment to supporting the mission of a not-for-profit organisation.
