Job Description: You will serve as the technical bridge between a cutting-edge AI platform and enterprise clients, configuring synthetic populations to simulate real-world human behavior. This high-impact role combines data science, technical consulting, and product strategy to help organizations make high-stakes decisions using advanced behavioral intelligence and machine learning simulations at scale.

• Design and implement synthetic population queries by onboarding custom datasets for high-stakes enterprise and government clients.
• Partner with engineering teams to diagnose data pipeline issues and improve the core platform's scalability and rigor.
• Lead technical engagements with C-suite executives, providing validation frameworks to build trust in AI-generated insights.

• Holds a quantitative degree in a field like Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science with 2-5 years of data analysis experience.
• Possesses strong Python skills and the ability to translate complex technical ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a high-ownership mentality with experience in customer-facing technical roles, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS.
