As our Senior Content Manager, your expertise will elevate Hadrian’s content into a scalable, AI-enabled growth engine that powers campaigns, strengthens brand authority, and enables internal teams to execute consistently and independently. Your goal will be to product impactful content to attract prospects and ensure that Hadrian’s most complex information is easy for other users to understand. Your research and strategy will help other writers at Hadrian to embody our values and product high-quality technical content.

• Ideation and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Interview internal stakeholders (analysts and engineers) and customers to produce high-quality technical content and keystone thought leadership pieces.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with the demand generation team on campaign planning and support PR initiatives through strong thought leadership assets.
• Guidelines Development:
  Research cybersecurity topics and create content guidelines to actively review the work of other writers.
• Strategy & Ownership:
  Define and own the overarching content for Hadrian and build a self-service content enablement model for internal teams.
• Data-Driven Optimization:
  Lead content performance reviews and build dashboards with the ops team to measure content impact.
• AI Operations:
  Operationalize AI in content workflows, including research, drafting, repurposing, and optimization.

• Bring 3-5 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Content Manager within the cybersecurity domain
• Have proven experience in collaborating with technical SMEs
• Have demonstrated experience in content strategy ownership
• You are great with words and can adapt your writing style to suit specific content while retaining quality, legal safety and factual accuracy
• Prioritize the audience, creating easy-to-digest content that educates and inspires
• Are open to learn more about our overall content marketing efforts to contribute to providing the best content to our audience
• Demonstrate self-driven and proactive work ethic
• Possess accuracy and detail orientation in your work

• Experience with AI-driven content operations or evolving search trends like SEO and AEO
• Experience in the domain of external attack surface management or offensive security
