Job Title: Cloud Dev Ops Lead

We're hiring a Cloud Dev Ops Lead to drive cloud and Dev Ops initiatives as the platform continues to scale. This is a leadership‑focused, hands‑on role responsible for shaping cloud operations, improving automation, and embedding best practices across teams. You'll play a key role in modernising infrastructure while mentoring engineers and influencing how Dev Ops is done across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops practices
- Improve automation, workflows, and deployment processes
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies
- Drive best practices across cloud security and compliance
- Proven experience in Dev Ops or cloud engineering roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash)
- Hands‑on use of IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK)
- Good understanding of networking and cloud security
- Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers
