• Leading the strategic advisory for Salesforce Agentforce, providing guidance on platform architecture and best practices.
• Designing and deploying autonomous Agentforce Agents, including intent design, prompt templates, and natural‑language workflows.
• Architecting end‑to‑end integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to ensure accurate AI responses.
• Designing scalable data models, pipelines, and transformation strategies within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Integrating data across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, marketing systems, and external databases to build unified customer profiles.
• Leading technical squads, mentoring teams on prompt engineering, and supporting escalations.
• Driving governance, testing, and performance validation using the Agentforce Testing Center.
• Partnering with executive stakeholders to maximize ROI on AI investments.

• Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Salesforce Flows, Omni Studio, and integration middleware such as Mule Soft.
• Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and enrichment patterns.
• Designing agentic workflows using Agentforce.
• Salesforce multi‑cloud implementations.
• Event‑driven integration patterns and API‑first design.
• Advanced testing and performance optimisation for AI agents.
• Leading cross‑functional digital transformation teams.

• Salesforce Certified AI Associate or AI Specialist
